Client Policies – Elvia, Licensed Lash Artist 📍 Odessa, TX Hello! My name is Elvia, and I am a Licensed Esthetician & Lash Artist based in Odessa, TX. Thank you so much for your interest in my services. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client, please review my policies before booking. ⸻ Booking & Deposits • A deposit is required at the time of booking. This goes toward your service total. • Deposits are non-refundable. ⸻ Lash Fills & Retention • No foreign fills – I only work on sets done by me. • Infills must have at least 50% of extensions remaining. • Anything after 3 weeks is considered a full set and must be booked as such. • I provide a 48-hour retention guarantee. If you experience excessive shedding within this time frame, I will fix it free of charge. ⸻ Cancellations, Lateness & No-Shows • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and 50% of your service fee will be charged. • If you are running late, a courtesy text is appreciated. • No-call, no-shows will not be rebooked. ⸻ Refunds & Allergies • No refunds are offered on completed services. • If you experience an allergic reaction, I will remove the lashes free of charge, but no refund will be issued. ⸻ Appointment Etiquette • NO extra guests are allowed during your appointment. Unless prior arrangements were made. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND 50% OF YOUR SERVICE WILL BE DUE!! • Please remove all makeup, skincare products, and contact lenses before your session. • Be prepared to lie down for approximately 2–2.5 hours during a full set. ⸻ ✨ Thank you for respecting these policies. Don't arrive more then 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. If you’re running late a text is greatly appreciated.
If you need to cancel or reschedule make sure to do it 24hrs in advanced. Canceling 2 hrs before your appointment is a late cancellation and you will be charged 50% of your service.
